| Very friendly. Responds to emails and text messages the same day. Although not part of her job, she even helped to find a bank to help with your loan application. Most importantly, she is honest. Does not offer to show a place if it is outside of interest to the buyer or tries to make you feel pressured to buy because of "good deal. | ||

| I am not one to rate any experience a five star across the board as I am often overly critical of everything - especially when it comes to professional service. However, working with Valerie was probably just that - a 5 star experience. From finding the place in June to closing in October (long time but it was the co-op board's fault, not hers) the road was bumpy at times, but Valerie was seemingly always there to be as accommodating as possible. Deadline in a few days for the co-op application and I was going on vacation for a week and had some pressing questions? Valerie opened up her home to me to come in for a meeting on a Saturday evening. Pouring rain suddenly as I was about to get off the bus by her office? Valerie met me halfway from the bus with an umbrella. I truly felt like I was her only client at all times and I know for sure it was not the case. People who overheard our telephone conversations at my job would ask if I was getting off the phone with a friend, and were shocked to hear it was my real estate agent. Valerie made first time co-op purchasing a lot easier as I do not know if I'd have ever been able to do it without her. For as long as she'll have me back, she has a client for life. | ||
